Step 2: Set Up Your Workspace

Select a well-lit and tidy workspace where you can comfortably work on your Victorinox knife. A clutter-free environment will help prevent the loss of screws or small components during the procedure.

Step 3: Open the Knife

Verify your Victorinox tools are in the closed position. This precaution will minimize the risk of accidents or injuries while removing the scales.

Step 4: Pry Off the Scales

Pressure-fit scales that can be gently pried off by using the above pry tools by slowly working around the edge of the knife until the scales come free like have I done in the video.

Step 5: Clean and Maintain

With the scales removed, take the opportunity to clean the knife's inner components, including the blades, tools, and liners.

Step 6: Install New Scales
If you're replacing the scales, align them with the knife's body and press hard to snap them into place.
