Etching Metal laser Laser Cutter laser engraved Laser Engraver Laser Project Laserpecker Tutorial
In this segment, we’re going to have a close look at the Dual-Laser LaserPecker LP5, checking out its features and capabilities. We’ll be testing its laser engraving and cutting abilities on a variety of materials including wood, cork, slate, aluminum, stainless steel, and brass. Some notable features of the Laserpecker LP5:1. Dual-Laser TechnologyThe LP5 combines both 20W fiber and 20W blue laser modules, allowing it to engrave on a wide variety of materials, including wood, leather, metal, glass, and even some plastics. This dual-laser technology provides both fine detail and enhanced engraving speeds.2. High Precision & SpeedWith a resolution as...
EASIEST Way to Laser Engrave Metals with the xTool Infrared Module!
Etching Metal Knife Making laser engraved Laser Engraver Tutorial xTool
This is my second video with the xTool S1. I the first video, I demonstrated how to laser cut wood scales. You can watch that video HERE.I this tutorial, I'll show you how to used the xTool S1 1064nm Infrared laser module to engrave the stainless steal blades of these knives. The 20W blue laser module that is the default emits light at a wavelength of 455 nm, while the 2W infrared module emits light at 1064 nm, the same wavelength used in many fiber lasers that are normally used for engraving metals. This difference in wavelength is significant because various materials...

In this video, we're going to look at engraving metal with a co2 laser. Although you can't technically engrave metal with a CO2 laser, you can use your CO2 laser to etch metal otherwise known as "marking" the metal. Although the metal isn't actually removed as it would be in an engraving process, it is permanently marked, which works well for many applications, although it won't give you deep laser engravings. This process also works well for etching metal with diode laser engraver.
