WeCreat Vision Pro 45W: Worth the Upgrade?

Laser Cutter laser engraved Laser Engraver Review WeCreat

In this video, we’ll focus on the WeCreate Vision Pro laser cutter and all its upgrades from the standard Vision. We’ll be looking at its many upgraded features, including the larger working area, increased power, and speed. We will also be testing its ability to engrave details on bare wood, borax engraving, and on a painted canvas. Finally, we’ll test WeCreat’s Rotary Pro by engraving a full-wrap Stanley tumbler.

Overview of the WeCreat Vision Pro

The WeCreat Vision Pro comes fully enclosed and mostly pre-assembled, making setup quick and easy. It boasts a solid metal enclosure, built-in air assist, HD camera, auto-focus, and a generous 19.7” x 12.6” working area.

One of its standout features is BeamFocus™ technology, which delivers an impressively fine 0.08 x 0.08 mm laser spot—ideal for detailed engraving.

With 45 watts of optical power and a tightly focused beam, the Vision Pro cuts through thick materials with ease and still excels at delicate engraving. The built-in air assist and exhaust port help keep your workspace clear of smoke, while LiDAR-based auto-focus ensures spot-on material alignment every time.

Vision Pro 45W Vs. Original Wecreat Vision

If you're thinking about upgrading from the original WeCreat Vision (either the 20W or 40W model), here's what the Vision Pro brings to the table:

More Power: The Vision Pro steps up to 45W, up from the previous 20W - 40W. That bump delivers noticeably faster and deeper cuts—WeCreat reports up to 39% deeper cutting and 43% faster speed.

Tighter Beam Spot: The laser spot is now refined to 0.08 x 0.08 mm (down from 0.08 x 0.10 mm on the 40W model), allowing for even sharper engraving details.

Expanded Working Area: The Pro gives you 23% more workspace, which means room for larger designs or more batch production. This was one of my biggest drawbacks when comparing the original Vision to alternatives like the Creality Falcon2 Pro or XTool S1.

Bottom Line: If you’re working with large leather pieces, want cleaner engravings, or need deeper, faster cuts—the Vision Pro could be a worthwhile upgrade.
